"The hotel is great but service is poor. First i was biten by bed bugs and ask for doing smth but the manager answerd that it must have been smth in the sea wich bites me!!!Then they advirtised a direct speed boat transfer to any beach at ko lanta. I booked but they only took me to saladan pier not to my beach and i was told to wait about one hour fir another boat coming from phi phi and share a car transfer to my hotel then." | ||

"A nice, relaxed hotel in the area. Bungalows are simple, we did not have television, which was a disappointment, of course, our children (ages 14 and 17). The pool area right size. Beach good and safe. Activity possibilities for good, canoeing, volleyball, football, trips to the long tail boat on its own beach, etc. Koh Mook is a small island and it surprised us. There was nothing to buy, for example. During the week, visited the center once. Our hotel in the beach in addition to the hotel s beach Sivalain suitable holiday. Week was enough time to see the neighboring islands of Koh Ngai and Koh Kradan. We took a boat trip directly from the driver, who fooled us badly on the price. We would have received the same trip to 1000 baht cheaper hotel. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" | ||

"Hotel is very expensive. Rooms quite ok. Huge disappointment that spa was already closed and swimming pool was dirty. We even got rash from the pool!Near the resort is small, cheap and good restaurant without the 17% service charge.Scenery are superb!" | ||
"This is the perfect place if you are looking for paradise. No disturbance, no rush, just you, the shining ocean, white powder beaches - and an endless view onto the horizon. Definately different in high season, is this the place to be in low season. Food is in accordance to prices, the rooms are spacious and comfortable - and at least from the beach front bugalows, the view from your bed is stunning. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" | ||
"For such a beautiful location, the hotel and room were a severe disappointment. The hotel front on the beach was busy with boats all day and the staff were overrun with visitors, so getting any kind of service was very difficult.The restaurant was full of flies, breakfast was chaotic there were so many people and the food was limited - we had to pay extra for bananas if we wanted them - only watermelon and pineapple every morning!Our room had a nice patio but we couldn t use it because it was so hot and needed a fan. There were no decorations at all on the walls of the room.This pristine, idyllic location deserves more respect and protection from over-tourism. "We stayd in a Beach-Front-Bungalow with A/C. For this price you get in other regions of Thailand a 3-4 Star Hotel, here you get maximum 2 Star.So the Hotel is very overpriced.The Bungalow looks very old and very very used, only very basic equipped.The service at the reception desk was o.k., the staff speak English very well and is friendly.The service in the restaurant was indeed very bad, there are too many negative points, I cannot mention them all. Probably the owner does not know, what is going on in his restaurant, a big desaster.The island is a very nice and quiet place, very good for snorkeling." | ||
"Rummen är av varierande kvalitet. Sviterna i strandängar är perfekt om man har små barn med sig. De kan leka på terassen som har tak och bättre mot stranden. Det gör det enkelt att vara på stranden samtidigt som barnen sover i rummet också. Väldigt bra service. Enda nackdelen är att det är många fladdermöss som flyger runt när det blivit mörkt, vilket gör det omöjligt att sitta ute på terassen om kvällarna." | ||

"This was like paradise. Very calm adn beautiful. Good service. Restaurant was ok but not wow.Heard that they will rebuild and move mail building from edge of peninsula, I hope that is not true. They could benefit from having some trashbins around the pool and beach. Hard to find places to through away things. When leaving the resort you step right into the real Thailand .
