"Impossibly, you did not have any welcome drink for guest arrived to check in, however, I have no idea why the hotel did not treat about this point. Also, the lady receptionist who made greeting us was less smiley and uncomfortable. Above of all should be keenly focused and improved for your quality in next future. After check in experience was over, we entered to room, the first thing that we met was a few hairs in a secret part of body at a corner of entrance door and a lot of dust under table near bed and working table. Of course ! I truly felt shocked, we realized that if the room were not ready, why you could send room to guest without ensure or approved by head of housekeeping or front office department. But, happily,your 3 associates of housekeeping could cope and concentrate this point as I told them, they cleaned up perfectly. I could not memorize their name , but please let them know I felt really really thankful and satisfied of their service, housekeeping. Next day, I ate breakfast, I thought that it has less choices and some BF had lots of oil which was gradient of food. Please take care of this details for guest."

"The room was clean. Some units have full kitchen utensils: fridge, microwave, electric stove, pots, pans, plates, bowl, spoon, fork, knife. But the bathroom has water stains everywhere. Some units are very far/up on a hill from the lobby. And it is quite inconvenient if you are using a wheelchair/has a baby stroller. Water was dripping from the air-conditioning unit. It was dripping onto a power source, hence the worry. The maintenance guy came quite promptly but after a few hours it continued to drip. Called them again and then it continues to drip. The staff who mans the frontdesk at night does not speak English. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>"

"We arrived late at hotel and they gave us the worst room in hotel( attached to reception), non stop noise from roof, left, right. it was a nightmare."

"Meir Jarr is centrally located in Patong only a short walk to the Beach and walking distance to Bangla rd. The rooms are a good size and beds comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful, but they are not great at English so communicating is tricky. The breakfast smorgasbord is good and staff are attentive. My family really enjoyed our time at Meir Jarr in particular the roof top pool with infinity edge and happy hour cocktails. Thank you all from Stan and family from Australia"

"Back and high over Nanai Road.If you don t mind some staircases you will find nice bungalow rooms overlooking Patong with partitial seaview.Good value for money.Some bits and pieces could be renewed but overall recomandable.Thumbs up!"
