"Sawasdee Krub... Sawasdee Bee Mai..my family has just finished our stay with you and are now back home. It was a fantastic holiday, and we had a great time with you. Your staff were all so happy, friendly and helpful. They got to know us, and got on so well with our children… at some stages our 2yr old son wasn’t happy, so one of the lady waitresses took him for a walk and looked at the fish… he loved it…. and we loved to see your staff doing that.. Every day they called us by our names, especially the kids… it was very nice of them. Even when our crazy friends left their passports in your safe and only realised when we were at the airport to fly home... my wife rang your reception to ask for help and get them driven to the airport, which we thought would be very hard to do being Songkran... but, your staff prevailed and our friends made the flight... well done to your team.. that was just awesome.... I m sure my friends will be thanking you... but I wish to thank your team very much…. it was a champion effort by your man who did this.Like I said, it was a super holiday, and without your staff it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as good.There are some things though that we feel let the resort down a little bit though... please don’t take these as criticism... but simply feedback on how things could be improved.It would be great to have ceiling fans in the dining area, it was often uncomfortable to eat in the area due to it being so hot even early in the mornings… and also in the bedrooms... constant exposure to air con in the rooms has made a couple of us sick, ceiling fans would be great there. The fruits served for breakfast need to be kept cold, they are not nice when eaten warm…the plates of fruit were just on the bench where it was hot and sunlight came in. The breads and cereals etc. should be moved away from the direct sun coming through the window, it made them go stale quickly. The hot food was often cold or luke warm as I think the bain maries weren’t set up properly to keep the food hot.. occasionally it was, but most of the time it wasn’t... this can lead to stomach disorders like diahorrea which I did experience.Good coffee is hard to find in all of Samui...it would be great if you maybe had a couple of Nespresso machines to make proper Latte or Cappuccino coffee.. not expensive to buy...with the buffet breakfast, the juices were not real juice.. they were some kind of syrup with water... nice juice would be goodThe pool wasn’t cleaned whilst we were there..not that we saw anyway.. there was always sand in there, which is hard to avoid next to the beach, but we never saw it being vacuumed... and there was always algae on the tiles and even underwater on the light fittings... so it was in need of chlorine and algae treatment to be put in the water..In the rooms, it was mostly great.. the inability of having 2 keys was very problematic though... the room could not be kept cool all day, due to only one key and having to take it with you when you go out, thus the room got terribly hot again... plus, if one person went out, then other family went out, only one key meant that someone couldn’t get back in the room until the next person came back with the key. The air-conditioning vents in the room had mould and algae in them and were constantly dripping water and had a very bad smell similar to drain pipes.... this can cause diseases.A larger fridge should be made available in the rooms too... especially for family rooms, but also anyone else….. many children will not eat Thai food, even some adults, and there is a real need to have other foods available, and kept cold… bottles of milk, bottles of water, juices, cold fruits and the like.. so that they can be fed during the day or night etc... and those little fridges do not hold many items at all.That is the end of my suggestions. Most of them are very important to western people and Europeans as well. It could deter us from coming back to stay with you again, as we hadn’t experienced it other parts of Lamai when have stayed 5 other times.Once again, thanks for the major part of our stay being fantastic with you… it is just these points that I think will make your resort so much better to stay at.Kob Kuhn Krub,Jer Gan MaiDarren <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>"

"Staff and room good, we changed room from first floor to third floor because of lots of insects, pool cloudy, cleaned once in the week we stayed there, facility use at the synergy hotel caused some discussion, the big pool with poolbar only to be used by synergy-guests, the staff made us feel that we were second best-guests, cause we stayed at le murraya, a little talk with the owner of the hotel cleared things up, from than staff didn t speak to us at all, that was nice and quiet! <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>"

"Room ok, but not clean"
Sawadee is fast to return back. One problem was the transport to Kalkoo Beach hotel at Khanom from Surat Thani. The transport did not pick us up. We have to pay a new transport at 800 bht to the hotel. Not good., April 13, 2014
"Very good hotel. Beach is like soft talkpowder, and greath for bath. Family with small kids has a beutiful beach and garden at the hotel. Great lunch at restaurang. Coral reeves is nere, you cancer snorkel and see many small fish. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>"

"Family run hotel where efforts are not spared to offer a customized service. I was there with family and three small kids. We received a lot of gentle and dedicated attention without ever feeling oppressed."

"We came to the hotel full family with 2 childrens and a baby.The roomes were nice. Not so big, but exactly what we needed.The stuff are frendly, the piok is big and clean. Overall it it was very good."

"We totally booked 5 X Deluxe Plunge Pool Villla for 11 persons.Relax and pretty resort, We can spare the time at hotel front beach. But resort not near central, if hotel can provide suttle bus services is perfect."

"The hotel was nothing as expected. There is no private beach, the beach itself is very narrow and quite dirty. The hotel is detached from the beach by quite a busy street."
