"Bad bad bad. Really no good value for money. The place has changed owners/management. From january 2017 no alcohol policy/religion oriented. The place is falling apart. 4 years ago when we were here last time it was so nice. They have closed down half of rooms/capacity. It is overpriced and we had booked in advance. No need for this as we could have saved that money. Food is below what you can expect in Thailand. Neighbour place is charming and got the best food/service. That saved our stay <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>"

"There are 2 quality of room: the basic (very bad and not clean. I don t recommend it) and the superior (very nice). the breakfast buffet is good (200 bath/pax) as the food. the personal is lovely. the pool very nice in front the beach. The resort is at the end of a large sandy bay but a little far from the shops. I recommend rent a car (1200 bath / day) <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>"

"1.In the first night at the hotel, I became food-poisoned at the hotel restaurant after ordering Chicken in Oyster sauce. I became very ill and spent two days (including New Years Eve) in bed. We told the hotel and the restaurant, but they never apologied.2.No PEACE. Three of the beach-front de luxe apartments are next to the beach bar, which plays loud dunk-a-dunk music every day from 14 p.m. until 23. They use a strong bass and the music was sometimes so loud that I could not talk to my husband inside the apartment with the doors closed. It was impossible to sit on the terrace and relax/read/talk. 3.There was a lot of traffic and people walking to and from the beach right in front of the apartment terrace, - no privacy. 4.When cleaning, housekeeping took all our towels, but did not leave new ones. We asked in the reception for new towels several times, but at 18 o’clock, we still had not got any new towels. This felt especially terrible because I was ill. 5.The day before leaving the hotel, we asked if we could keep one of the apartments until 2 p.m. They said it was possible and would let us know the details later. They told us nothing. Next day, when we asked again, they said that it was not possible. However, after I left, kind of frustrated, they told us that we could keep the beach-front apartment until 2 o’clock. Then, at ordinary check-out-time (11) and after we had moved out of the pool-apartment , they told us that we could not keep the beach-front apartment anyway, and asked us to leave at once. We could however, get the pool-apartment back for 2 hours.6. Big cockroach in one of the rooms. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>"

"Great hotel and location on the beutiful beach. Cleaning could be better, they forgot something every day; new towels, new water, toiletpaper, soap. We were close to the helpfull and serviceminded staff in the reception so iy was alright :-). Restaurant with good food overlooing the sea."
