The hotel s off season rate was 2,500 baht. All the other booking services were also 2,500. However, you had the price at 1,880 baht. I ll use you again., June 28, 2014
"Nice hotel. Grand Delux room worth the extra price just for the view. Con: the shower stall did not have a water stop to prevent water from runing all over the floor. Staff was excellent in all regards. They always helped my husband with a knee injury to his room. The lift was a surprise for this size hotel. Pool is medium size but very nice. Less than a dozen guests but a breakfast buffet was served. Location is 5 minutes south of town which is perfect. No noise but easy walking distance."

"It is conveniently located, for shopping (we went to buy special tea) and the Border crossing. This hotel is run and managed by it s owner, Mr Thong, a very delightful and hospitable gentleman. The room was very tastefully furnished,in Thai design, and was clean and comfortable.We had a fantastically huge western breakfast, personally cooked by the owner. "Perfect location, hotel rooms are clean, staff is friendly but not always competent. Rooms with old interior, old TV, everything works but old.Elevator smells very oily."

"The location of this hotel in Magnificent ! and the Staff are very friendly. We had a great time here. The only thing I will say is that the hotel needs a little work doing to it which makes the price a little high for its current standard but the views and staff really compensate this. "Nice big room with balkony and sitting area.Breakfast was very plain and boring.The hotelstaff was not very serviceminded.The spa is an ordinary swimmingpool.The restaurant is only open for breakfast or for privat parties, but there is an exellent restaurant at the neighbor hotel."

"ตอนที่จองเราแจ้งไปว่าต้องการเตียงเสริมและได้จ่ายค่าเตียงเสริมไปเรียบร้อยแต่พอไปถึงโรงแรมมิได้เสริมเตียงให้แต่กลับใช้เตียงเดี่ยว2เตียงชนกันแล้วปูผ้าทับแทนซึ่งเวลานอนคนนอนกลางมันทรมานมากจริงเป็นการเอาเปรียบลูกค้าที่แย่มากๆ และคิดว่าโรงแรมนี้คงไม่ใช้บริการอีก แถมห้องก็เหม็นอับเพราะเป็น โรงแรมเก่าที่ขาดการบำรุง ถ้าเป็นไปได้อย่าแนะนำลูกค้าให้ไปพักอีกเลยจะเสียชื่อเปล่าๆ"
