Beside, there is a buggy service (few meter away) to Siam Paragon mall and 7-11 is within 3 min walking distance, very convenient. "This was our second stay in this hotel after booking in 06/04/13 and checking out 10/04/13 before our trip to Hua Hin.Our first stay was not a great success.Upon our return 16/04/13 until our check out 19/04/13 our stay was 100% better than the first time. The room was excellent, the air con worked and there was hot water in abundance. The staff were as wonderful as they were the first time, only this time we did not have to keep asking for the air con and hot water to be fixed...Bravo!" | ||
"The room was not ready at 12:00, staff asked us to wait till 14:00. When I noticed, that I m with 5y son , they offered us a smoking suite. We were so tired and decided to agree. Room was ok for the price we paid, opening balcony (!!!! super). Then I tried to solve internet problems... Wi-Fi costs 200 baht/hour or 400 baht/24 hrs. I paid 400, staff gave me a list with login, pass & instructions. When I came into my room, there was no available network... I returned to lobby, they said that need to set up a router in my room so I must wait. It tooks about an hour. Important note: instruction says, that after using internet you must logout, and your time stops. It s not true, don t believe this instruction. Password works 24 hours since the first log in. Next morning I realised, that conection is lost, I called to lobby & told about my problem. Staffmen came and brought me a router in 40 minutes. This evening my password became invalid, i was really surprised. When i came to lobby staffman told me that my password was valid only 24 hours... I showed him an instruction, he says that log in/out valids only for 1hour password.. When i said that i had no possibility to use it 24 hours, because there was no connections (hotels fault), he tooks calculator and began to count, how happy i am, that if paid only 400 baht, using 9 hours of internet, instead of paying 200*9 if i bought 1hour passwords 9 times... I was really shocked of this service, no mercy, no trying to solve my problem... Be careful, i never stay here anymore <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" | ||
"I have stayed here before. Near busy Sukhumvit, but just far away enough on Soi 8 side street to be very quiet at night. Free golf cart rides to/from Sukhumvit. Rooms small but nice.Breakfast area pleasant." | ||

"This is my 4th time in Bangkok and 1st time in Baiyoke Sky. Overall not very impressed with the hotel and its services. Rooms look old and not worth for what we pay. Customer service is very poor. They charge money for early check in and no extra time for check out. No one knows proper english. The whole hotel is commercialized for the top floor observation so guests are not treated well.There are outstanding hotels for less money in Bangkok. Next time Baiyoke sky is definitely not an option." | ||

"The front desk isn t so prompt. Upon reservation of hotel we request for smoking room. Upon check in we have to wait 40 mins more as the room isn t ready. Maybe seeing me being unhappy then only she upgrade our room. Swimming pool isn t great. It was dirty. The room was super awesome. Breakfast was ok." | ||
