by Alex Chernokulsky Visit Date:February 8, 2012 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "В отеле остановились на 2 ночи. Ценность отеля - большая территория и горячие источники. Пляжа можно сказать нет - но не за морем сюда и едут. В ресторане цены завышены,обслуживание не торопливое, завтраки приличные. Отель подуставший - заметно, что не новый. WiFi только на ресепшене. В отеле были в основном китайцы." |

by Van Zantvoort Danny Visit Date:September 1, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Hotel is very beuatiful in a very beautiful setting. It is a perfect place to destress and have a quiet holiday. The first signs of lack of maintenance are showing but it looks like the new mangement is trying to improve things." |
efficient and friendly !, January 13, 2009 by Royer Visit Date:January 10, 2009 "We warmly recommend this resort for people looking for peace and nature. The accomodation are spacious, quiet, very comfortable (great firm mattresses !). The resort is on huge grounds, with well-maintained gardens, diverse trees and flowers, so it is airy, not crowded at all and jsut walking around the place is nice. It does not have direct access to the beach, one has to cross a small river at low tide, or take the free hotel shuttle (a 3-minute ride), but the beach is very long, very quiet also, with clean white sand and shade. The food is good (breakfast buffet and other meals). When you are tired of eating at the same place, you can ask the hotel to drive you to a beach restaurant 5 minutes away. Our 3 kids enjoyed the place to play on the beach, or in the pools, or hide and seek in the garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful, does not speak english very well so be prepared for longer explanations of what you want but it never spoiled our stay." |
ok, December 19, 2007 by Leon Visit Date:November 29, 2007 "Hotel was a bit outdated, staff was friendly, but there was hardly any service around the hotel. Not nearby the pool or at the beach. Location is quite nice hardly any guests/tourist, although it was high season. The restaurant at the beachside was the only available restaurant in the hotel (so hardly no other choise). The nearby Beach club we have never found it ourself. But found another cozy Thai beach restaurant" |
Efficient and painless., July 16, 2007 by Shui-Meng Ng Visit Date:July 9, 2007 "Beautiful setting with polite and helpful staff. Room is large and clean and service efficient -- not exactly 5-star, but good enough. Spa pavelion is beautiful and spa service attentive and professional. The best part is the lovely hotspring pool -- temperature is just right and body feels so relaxed after each soak. " |
Overall, booking service was fine. We had no problems checking into the hotels. The Sawadee agents could improve written english skills a bit., January 12, 2007 by Bethany Cote Visit Date:January 2, 2007 "I d give it a 2.5 out of a 5. The site the hotel has is beautiful and the infrastructure is great (grounds are beautiful). however, there is a lack of upkeep on the property (could be that the hotel is having financial difficulties since the Tsumani, I m not sure??). The spa could have been cleaner (there was mold on the walls of the steam room). If Hotsprings just stepped up a bit on the cleanliness, updates some of its facilities, it could get a 5 out of a 5. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |
