My only complaint is that I requested a specific room, either 1051, 1052, 1053 or 1054, these being ground floor rooms near the pool. I required ground floor due to recent knee injuries. I also requested a non smoking room but this was not imperative. On arrival I was advised that I was not allocated the nominated rooms as they were smoking rooms and was instead allocated a room on the second floor. Perhaps Sawadee should take more care when receiving reservations and notifying their clients when special requests are not available." |

I can honestly say, this was the best decision I made. We found this end of Patong Beach quite enough to enjoy our holiday, but within minutes walk to enjoy the nightlife and many dinner choices. We walked everywhere from the hotel within the Patong Beach Area, but many tut-tuts & taxis available just outside on the beach road!. The resort was clean & tidy, no major noise works going on around it, like many other hotels. Hubby has already decided that are going back for another holiday & we would definitively book here again! <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |
