Inte så bra service när vi försökte komma till rätta med problemet. Det värsta var dock att det inte var städat. Låg standard, inte så mysigt att sitta på verandan. Frukosten bristfällig. Poolen helt ok för ett dopp, stranden nedanför är bra och ganska lugn. Bra budgetboende för festande ungdomar. Die Pool Anlage wurde täglich gereinigt - das Hotelrestaurant ist im Vergleich zu den anderen Restaurants an der Bummelmeile Chaweng eine gute Alternative wenn man mal abends nicht raus will. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen wenn man Wert auf Ruhe an schöner Lage legt, wir würden es wieder buchen.Chaweng Beach als solches hingegen ist inzwischen komplett überpowert mit aggressiven Schneidern und dem ganzen rest von Ständen mit aufdringlichen Typen die einem alle 10 Schritte was andrehen wollen was kein Mensch braucht und schlicht denken die Touristen wäre alle NUR Doof ( Preise )... <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |

Definately look around before booking, Chaweng Cove Rosetel is nearby & way better & similar price. No Wifi. Although Staff were friendly, pool seemed nice.
