But even though we were in the new end of the hotel it seemed that things were decaying quickly, and broken things was not fixed. The room cleaning was very poor and basic things like soap was not refiled during our stay. During our stay at the hotel a lot of guest inclusive all parties in our family got sick with stomach problems and/or ear infections. Our daughter got an ear infection after just being in pool one time, and we had to go the hospital two times to get checked by a doctor and get antibiotic. Needless to say non of us used the pools at the resort the rest of the vacation. We talked with another family of 12 where 11 of them had also been sick with similar stomach problems, so there must be is a general problem in the hotel or the nearby restaurants. Must of the staff was very helpful and kind but all in all we have gotten much better service all the other times we have been in Thailand." |

I was expecting them to be smaller and darker were ok, though there was not enough light for readingswimming pool area is very nice, breakfast are good, the territory is very green...the sea is quite shallow and clean near the hotel. The location is perfect - in the evening there are many places where you can eat, in the street or in the cafethe hotel is always full, full of Russian tourists and Scandinavians" |

The two bathrooms were a big plus with wife and teenage daughter in our party. Breakfast was good, not outstanding. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaning is really average, they often don t mop the floors. The towels are really old and overused.However, you need to pay for the beach ones if you kept it longer than one day or took an extra. You also have to pay for low speed WIFI and give a deposit for a second key. The wing side doesn t even have a second key idea which caused a lot of problems. The brekkie was disgusting and it took a couple of days for 3 ladies and me to make them put the food labels. The waiters are really slow and you have to go and take the cutlery all by yourself. They even managed to cook thai food badly with a bitter taste(old oil I guess). The only pro is a hillside swimming pool and the people who work there. So, overall the hotel itself is well constructed but the management and the service made me wish call to Sawadee and ask about the refund policy and get out of this hotel. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |

Das Bett ist extrem hart und bin jeden Morgen von den Schmerzen aufgewacht. Die Dusche ist ohne Druck und nur ein Rinnsal. Laut Aussage von anderen Hotelgästen, ist gegen ein Aufpreis von 600 Bath ein Upgrade im Haupthaus möglich, welches besser sein soll. We upgraded our room however as the room we were allocated was in a poor location and without a balcony as requested. The staff where helpful on arrival and quite cheerful, however as the week went on the staff seemed less helpful and not happy. This was a shame as the resort, location and cleanliness was excellent. Месторасположение Отличное!Номера Бунгало уютные!Уборка каждый день.Не повезло с соседями которые жили над нами так-как слышимость по ночам очень хорошая а стенки потолка тонкие.Почти каждую ночь до 4-5 утра над нами шла борьба и все скрипело! Для детей завтраки в отеле брать не надо они того не стоят!
