"My friends and I stayed in a three bedroom pool villa for two nights. The villa is absolutely gorgeous and spacious. The pool size is good, about 8 meter long which is enough to do lap swim (barely though). This is unlike many other resorts pool villa which is only good for dipping.The staffs are really nice and helpful. For one instance, we checked out early Sunday morning to go on a day trip. When we came back in the evening to pick up our luggages, they even offered shower rooms for all of us. The downside of this resort is that it s not next to beach. Even though they have shuttle buses going to Chaweng multiple times a day, I found that having a rental car is much more convenient. Once we get to Kirikayan on Chaweng, the staffs there eagerly helped us get towels, beach chairs, etc. Very nice.Overall, we had great time there. "This is one of those few places that are as good in reality as they look in the brochure. Had a fantastic holiday here in one of the One Bedroom Villas (our own little piece of paradise). "We booked for 3 days of our honeymoon. Originally booked 1 bed pool villa but think we were upgraded to a 2 bed with the other bedroom being locked. Great villa (so private) and fantastic service from staff. Only thing that I would say is that the reception staff are a bit full on and kept asking why we didnt want to eat in the restaurant everynight and also is expensive if you take their taxi anywhere. Location makes it very difficult to hail another taxi unless you walk down a dark path to main road. Would recommend to those wanting privacy or somewhere nice to really relax. "I stayed with my wife in Kirikayan (we are from Kazakhstan)during our vacation in September 2009.The hotel was so nice !We booked actually 1 bed room villa but the hotal staff upgrade our reservation to honeymoon villa free of charge.The hotel itself, facilities, spa,reustarant is very good.Its quite place perfect for couples.the beach is 5-10 minutes by car. When we wanted to go to the beach, the hotel car took us to the beach (to be honest we don t like tht beach much), the driver helped us with bying fruits,etc.. and was staying with us till we decided to return back to the hotel. Service, facilities, spa,food - great !Privacy - perfect !we stayed in this hotel in the end of our jouney to Thai (first BKK, Pattay,Samui (Chaweng), so it s good to finish your vacation in a quite atmosphere. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>"

"The hotel is very new and luxury. Suites are great 110 square meters, very well furnished. Bathroom amenities outstanding. You can really relax here and forget about surrounding world. Everything very new, good, clean and maintaining well. Services and staff are great. Only free internet in my room was very slow and was tuned only in one corner. Beach club is 700-800 meters from the hotel. There were scheduled 4 free transfers to beach club per day. Also it is not a big deal walk to the beach from hotel. Far from Chaweng, but i don t care about it. Sankala restarant is very good, prices are reasonable for this level of cuisine. Very good restarant Maenam Cheer near beach club. I recomend this hotel for couples which want to relax for several days. Good for honeymooners. "The hotel is in perfect condition, the staff very kind and helpfull. They upgrade us on their initiation. The rooms are excellent. Breakfast is of less standard but still satisfying. Pool facilities not so great. Shuttle bus to central destinations not good."

"We like it especially we have private pool. We re satisfied in overall except the water quality from Jaccuzzi is bad (in brown color with some earth dust) that we are not dare to use it. Besides, their shuttle bus to Chaweng & Beach club should be more frequent (e.g. every 1 hour). "A new hotel locaded up the hills at Maenam beach in the north of the Island. When we checked in it looked very empty, I guess that it was at most 3-5 other paying guests at the hotel, so we asked for an upgrade and got it- their penthouse, that costed more than the double than our booking. A big apartment, 100 sqm with three balconys (!!) The difference is the upper floor outside, with a jacuzzi bath, sunbeds and a huge sala (thai house). The hotel have a beachclub down the beach, with sunbeds and when we took their free shuttle down there I thing we were almost alone in that beach!! I saw tops 10 people in a km long beach!! The hotel also had a shuttle going to Chaweng beach. We had major problems with this shuttle! Sonce the hotel was empty we thougt they could pick us up at an agreed time but that was impossible. One time we called the hotel and asked for an earlier pickup from Chaweng back to the hotel but were told that they could nt sent the car since other people were going in to the beach. This wasn t true (I didn t see those people when we were waiting), and the shuttle was also late this only time we asked them to made an exeption from the schedule. Anoteher time we tried to be picked up at another hotel where we had dinner (which was on the way back to the hotel from Chaweng beach, maximum 30 seconds off the road). We wnated to be picked up 15 min earlier than schedule and called the hotel. They then wanted to get payed 400 baht for this!! I then asked them if they even had to go all the way in to Chaweng (if they didn t have any guests it could nt bee any other than us to pick up). When I said that they then changed their mind and said we were lucky that they didn t have any other gustes there at the moment. Be aware, the hotel is really off and if you don t have a car you are dependent on the shuttle to go anywhere. I dislike the way this hotel handled the situation, and that they seem to not tell the truth if you don t prove that they are wrong!!
