There are 2 things I didn t like during the stay.1. I use the hotel special promotion which includes 1 free minibar set. However, I was not informed that the free minibar is only a subset of the complete minibar list (about 3 out of 10 items). So I was charged for those items though I informed them that no oral or written notice was given to me. 2.
