Fresh cut flowers were on the bed and on surfaces in the bathroom. It was a true haven of tranquility. The lighting could be better and the food wasn t the best in town but the atmosphere, charm, and convenient location well made up for that. Maybe mention that if customers wish to pay by c/c, some hotels etc. may levy an addition charge., July 12, 2009 by Stephen Swords Visit Date:June 22, 2009 "Beautiful place with well appointed rooms, well maintained, quiet and relaxing. However, I did have a run in with the French owner when it came to pay as I wished to pay by c/c, but was informed there was going to be 4% surcharge. I didn t pay a surcharge when I paid a deposit thru the reservation system and certainly did not expect to pay one when settling up with the owner.After much debate, I agreed to pay the 4% after being threatened with the police (we are taking about $6 here, but it was the principle), however, the link with c/c company was down and we eventually paid in cash.After an hour the owner came out and apologised, gave me a resort shirt as a peace offering and I gave him a bottle of beer and we were friends again.I would recommend staying here, just be aware of the 4% c/c levy or pay in cash. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |

Also beware of Gerald s deadly MaiTais. All different nationalities were there and it was great to meet and spend time with them. However good situation right in Fishermans village if you don t want to stay in the resorts further away on the beach. Pool area is very small." |
