This hotel survives purely on its reputation. Service wise it s average at best." |

Even though it is not a new hotel, you can feel its warmth. It is clean, beatiful lobby, helpful front desk and nice breakfast. Our complaint regarding the third bed and toilet seat was dealt with almost immediately. Would stay there again. Note: could have been better if it has a safe in each room." |

The staff are always ready to give you a helping hand if rerquired. the continental breakfast was excellent as well. had a lot of variety. the lkoication of the hotel is good as well. it is very close tot eh night bazar about 5-10 mins walk. i would highly recomend this hotel to others. for the rate that i paid, the stay was truely worth a lot more... Its only 2 minutes walk from night bazaar and everything youll ever need. In my oppinion, one of the better places to stay if you visit Chiang Mai.
