Hotel should provide more train staff. My room facing Air Con problem and informed hotel to check aftered I came back Air Con in the room was opened, I though problem was fixed until 1a.m. I felt hot again, I checked at the Air Con found Ice that mean problem was not solved but I have no choice (1a.m.) on the next day I complained to GSA staff and she checked with the answer from ENG dept that they will fix this problem after I check out which made me very upset for the stupid answer." |

Staff do their best but more staff needed.The double room requested was, in fact, a twin room with 2 single beds pushed together. Charges like b40 for disposable razor supplied in room and astronomical internet charges are not in keeping with a hotel of this sizeFitness centre and pool are quite good as is the location." |

While the lobby and surrounding areas are well kept but somewhat austere, the rooms are in very poor condition. Furnishings are old, uncomfortable, and well beyond normal user-life. Very disappointed by the lack of free internet service. Anybody who reads previous accounts of a noisy nightclub opposite need not worry, it s demolished. Now all the land next to the hotel and shopping complex is in the early stages of groundwork. There is to be a very large development and there was noise from the works maybe 7am. Enough to waken. This rather cuts the hotel off from the town. Location now not much better than Charoen which is much cheaper but maybe not as good. No change to hotel, room ok but not great for the 2,200 I paid at a busy time with conference in town. The disco across the road is now being demolished so that is a major problem removed for rooms at the front. Best placed hotel in Udon but would be nice to get something extra for the price increase." |

The only negative thing is that the restaurant is to cold during the evenings, even farrangs get cold." |

It would have been WONDERFUL if we could have all been put on the same floor with the bride and groom getting the suite. The hotel was far from full and we were very scattered out. We had booked our room over a month in advance and we asked for one queen bed. We were given 2 singles and one friend that had not reserved his room ended up with a queen bed!!Also, charging so much for the internet service in your lobby was ridiculous! We stayed throughout Thailand and never had to pay such inflated prices for interline services at any other hotel. Poor furniture at the pool, and dining needs drastic improvements for dinner and bar service, would not return.. to this facility in its current condition.Mr. D.
