by Eva Visit Date:February 15, 2012 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Even though I booked 6 months in advance, I did not get the promised room quality. I also had to change room during the stay and still not the expected quality. The compensation I got was two dinners. I am disappointed. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |
by Katie Visit Date:October 20, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Nice hotel, clean rooms, frindly professional staff. The breakfast became quite boring in couple of days, not much variation. Pool was really necessary. Would not swim in the sea. The beach was really dirty. Cha Am is ok for short holiday, just to relax. There is really not much to do or see." |

by Lars Henrik Larsson Visit Date:March 9, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Beautiful hotel with tastefully decorated rooms. We were upgraded to a jaccuzi villa. It was really beautiful, comfortable and well equiped. Hotel situated close to local road separating the hotel from the long beach. Breakfats was very good. Staff very young and ok." |
by Saisamorn Vichitrananda Visit Date:February 23, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "The hotel is not for handicapped person. Too many steps every where. I will not recommend the place.Receptionists are not friendly.Kids are required to pay for breakfast even though they do not want to eat, and it is not cheap. Ten years old kid was charged adult price. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |
by Kim Brage-Andersen Visit Date:February 17, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "My wife and I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The standard is really good, compared to other hotels we saw in the area. Big clean pool, wonderful bungalows and very friendly staff. Beach is just across the street, 50 meters from the hotel. If you want, try the Cha Am Beauty Center just next to the hotel for thai and oil massages." |
by Magnus Kristoferson Visit Date:January 7, 2011 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "Cha Am beach is mainly for domestic tourism and there s not really a lot to do apart from beach & pool. But if you re going to Cha Am, consider this hotel. Bannpantai was a positive surprise. We ve been to six hotels during this trip to Thailand and this hotel gives more than value for money, despite travelling in peak season when prices are high. Everything as good as other comments AND breakfast was great! Location in Cha Am is very good, Facilities for 100 rooms, although they ve only got like 30. Very serviceminded staff, everything during our short stay was perfect. Strongly recommend! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |
by Otmar Anton Riedl Visit Date:January 14, 2010 Room: Service: Facilities: Location: "It was the second time I stayed at this Hotel. It is realy good.Rooms, staff, food excellent.Due to the fact that Cha Am is a high frequented place from the Bangkok people(similar Mallorca in Europe)which is not the best, this Hotel is one of the best places in Cha am [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |
First class booking service provided by Sawadee.com. I have used them before and will use them again., June 14, 2009 by Mr Ian Gowland Visit Date:June 11, 2009 "We have just returned from the Bannpantai after an 11 night stay in one of their Bannpantai superior rooms. There are only 2 such rooms in this hotel and they give an elevated view over the swimming pool. The rooms are spotlessly clean and are well serviced daily by excellent cleaning staff. The hotel is located only 50m from the sea front on a stretch of beach well used by local Bangkok Thais on a weekend. This section of beach is not near the major hotel chains where there can be an element of isolation. I would recommend this hotel to the seasoned traveller who wants to see what Thais get up to bat a weekend but still wants the creature comforts of home. You will not get ripped off at this hotel and the standard of service is good but not over powering. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |
The booking went very quickly and smoothAnd when I asked something by mail I geta very quick answer. We were very satisfied about everything.Thank s., March 25, 2009 by Robert & Ingrid van Doorn Visit Date:February 25, 2009 "We had a great time in Bann Pantai hotelThe rooms are nice and the staff is veryhelpful.Only their English is very poorit is very necessary to improve that. Also the breakfast can be better, because only egs, sauges and jam with white doughy bread is not enough for Europeans. Most people want fresh brown bread, some cheese/salami or something like that. But for the rest we have nocomplains. When we come back to Cha am we book again Bann Pantai Hotel." |
As always with Sawadee, 5-star., February 23, 2009 by Mr Jeffrey Cunningham Visit Date:February 20, 2009 "I have stayed in Cha-Am many times, but this was my first time at this hotel. Staff could not speak or understand english very well. The pool area is very nice and quite large. Breakfast, however, was very disappointing. Guests must pour their own coffee & tea. Food was consistently cold & took staff a long time to replace when there was none left. At times, breakfast staff appeared lazy and lacked motivation to help guests. On the other hand, the pool attendant was very pleasant, well mannered and helpful. There are much better value hotels along Cha-Am beach. I probably wouldn t return to this hotel. This is only a recount of my expeirence. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |
Greate, March 12, 2009 by Robert Hetleflåt Visit Date:February 18, 2009 "This hotel was brand new and was very good at Cha am beach. Staff were pleasant and outdoor areas with the pool was great. Room we had was very good with large patio and great views of the outdoor areas. Breakfast was a little dull with some small selection. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others and if I m going to Cha am again this is a clear choice. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |
Great!, January 19, 2009 by Fredrik H Visit Date:January 16, 2009 "Rooms are excellent. Poolarea is great. The hotel is right in the middle and just in front of Cha-Am beach. Breakfast is really lousy. Staff is ok but has difficulties to understand and instead of asking they just say ok and nothing happens! We liked the place though even if Cha-am wasn t what we hoped for! [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]" |
