Townhouse has 3 TVs but the cable reception could have been better. Included breakfast was fair but the food from the restaurant was pretty good. Located a long ways down Jomtien beach road but at least there are baht buses that you can ride into town. Plenty of parking. Price from Sawadee.com was good.
