Of course as a 5 star hotel, it costs a fortune once you re there but that s to be expected. The beach was great, a bonus as hadn; t heard much about it. Bit disappointed to find the beach cliub on koh kraden actually costs £50 each to visit though the hotel still refers to it as complimentary in its literature. Still, it wasn t necessary as all so lovely onsite. A great stay." |

Excellent Italian cuisine. But it a long way from the town/shop so, expect to stay in the hotel for the full length of your stay then take snacks with you. Many activities are provided for a family with childern. A totally wonderful hotel for holiday. We will come back." |

Хорошо-англоязычный, очень вежливый и дружелюбный персонал. Очень красивая прилгающая территория, пляж, бассейн. Вид пляжа романтический- по сути роща премыкает к самому берегу, в ней очень грамотно расставлены топчаны, столики. Кстати сам отель находится на границе национального парка. Если вы возьмете в прокат машину, то можно поездить по живописным окрестностям. На набережной на некотором расстоянии друг от друга есть тайские кафешки, опять-таки можно вечером выезжать поужинать там.В заключении хочу сказать, что нужно понимать, что это именно тихой, спокойное место, дискотек и баров там нет, так же их нет (та что есть-туда не надо ходить :) ) и в ближайшем городе Транг. <span style="display:none">[R24 integr.ERR:escaping]</span>" |

The staff are very attentive and friendly. The breakfast and facilities are outstanding. The road connecting the hotel to the restaurants and the closest town is closed due to the bridge repair. As a result a lengthy detour is required if one is to venture outside of the hotel. This takes at least 20 min for a one-way trip by car which we had. Otherwise there is no other transportation anywhere other than that provided by the resort. Unfortunately, we felt that the services provided by the hotel were quite overpriced even by western standards. I do not know how much the hotel would charge for transportation to and from the hotel but I expect it would be quite expensive. As an example a buffet dinner was BHT 1,200 per person excluding drinks. This is the only criticism regarding this resort. The private beach in front of the resort wasn t great, BUT the hotel provides free boat rides to Koh Kradan where the beach was great. The staff were superb, friendly, helpful and polite. We has a great time." |
